Community Guidelines
1.1. These Community Guidelines (“Guidelines”) apply to all users of the Service “Phone Tracker - Family Locator” operated by WEBPEAK OÜ (“we”, “us”, or “our”), including all features of the Service, in particular Chats and location-sharing functionality.
1.2. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with these Guidelines. These Guidelines supplement and form part of our Terms of Use. In the event of any conflict between these Guidelines and the Terms of Use, the Terms of Use shall prevail.
1.3. We reserve the right to update these Guidelines at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Guidelines.
The following conduct is prohibited when using the Service, including Chats and all other features:
2.1. Harassment and Abuse
2.1.1. You may not threaten, bully, intimidate, stalk, or harass any other user of the Service in any form, whether through Chats, location data, or any other feature of the Service.
2.1.2. You may not use the Service to contact another user after they have indicated that they do not wish to be contacted.
2.2.1. You may not post, send, or otherwise share content that promotes, glorifies, or incites hatred, discrimination, or violence against any individual or group on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or any other characteristic.
2.3.1. You may not share content that promotes, glorifies, or provides instructions for self-harm, suicide, violence against others, or any other activity that poses a risk to the health or safety of any person.
2.3.2. You may not use the Service to facilitate, encourage, or coordinate any illegal activity.
2.4.1. You may not share sexually explicit or sexually suggestive content through the Service.
2.4.2. Any content involving minors in a sexual context is strictly and absolutely prohibited. We will report any such content to the relevant law enforcement and child protection authorities without prior notice.
2.5.1. You may not send unsolicited, repetitive, or automated messages through Chats or any other feature of the Service.
2.5.2. You may not impersonate any other person, user, or organisation, or otherwise misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
2.5.3. You may not spread false or misleading information that could cause harm to another user or to a third party.
2.6.1. You may not share the personal information of another user or any third party without their explicit consent. This includes, but is not limited to, contact details, photographs, location data, and financial information.
2.6.2. You may not use the Service to monitor, track, or surveil any individual without their knowledge and explicit consent. The Service is intended solely for consensual location sharing among trusted individuals.
2.7.1. You may not attempt to circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with the security or technical functionality of the Service.
2.7.2. You may not use the Service in any manner that could damage, overburden, or impair the Service or its infrastructure.
3.1. The Service is intended for users aged 18 and over. Where a minor (a person under the age of 18) participates in the Service with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, the parent or legal guardian is responsible for ensuring that the minor’s use of the Service, including any participation in Chats, complies with these Guidelines.
3.2. Users must not send Circle invitations or initiate contact through the Service with any person they know or have reason to believe is a minor, unless they are the parent, legal guardian, or a family member of that minor.
3.3. Any content involving the exploitation, abuse, or sexualisation of minors is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities, as set out in Section 2.4.2 above.
4.1. We take violations of these Guidelines seriously. Depending on the nature, severity, and frequency of the violation, we may take one or more of the following actions:
4.2. We reserve the right to take any of the above actions at our sole discretion, without prior notice, in cases of serious, repeated, or ongoing violations. The actions we take are without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to us under applicable law or these Terms of Use.
4.3. Where we take action against your account, we will endeavour to notify you of the reason for such action, except where doing so would be unlawful or would compromise an investigation or enforcement action.
5.1. If you become aware of any content or conduct that you believe violates these Guidelines, we encourage you to report it to us promptly. You may do so by:
5.2. We review all reports received and will take such action as we consider appropriate in the circumstances. We are not obligated to notify you of the outcome of our review, except where required by applicable law.
5.3. Reports submitted in bad faith, or for the purpose of targeting or harassing another user, may themselves constitute a violation of these Guidelines and may result in action being taken against the reporting user’s account.
